I didn't get here from a supplement stack or a 21-day challenge. I got here from understanding how my own body actually works — and I've spent my life studying it so you don't have to guess.

I'm 47 years old. One-arm pull-ups and 20+ rep warm-up sets are just how I start a session — and I've never had to sit out with an injury to get here. My program is built on time under tension, tendon and stretch-receptor adaptation, hydration, recovery, and injury prevention, not fads or surveys. I've been studying and living this since I was a kid, and explaining the biochemistry to my own kids since they were 7. If it can be explained simply and clearly, anyone can use it.
