  Whether its diet, training routine, or training gear.  I want to enjoy life and teach my kids the best way to do that.   All the things I enjoy require health and strength, so I've built my life around leveling up! 

 

Thats only possible if you have accurate information, so I spend most of my time studying.  The basis for my diet and training comes from understanding Hormones, Metabolism, and Oxidation at the smallest scale.

 

No surveys or associations,  Just hard science.  "This or that makes you burn fat?" HOW?!?  

 

It can sound complicated, but I've been explaining the biochemistry to my Kiddos since they were 7.  Anyone can understand when it's explained simply and clearly.
