Warranty & Return Policy

Lifetime Replacement Policy:

At Three Ball Climbing we produce the highest quality products on the market. If there is ever a flaw in a *climbing hold like a crack or a hole that wasn't drilled out properly please contact us for a replacement. We don't have a complicated warranty designed to discourage claims. Simply send us an email or give us a call. We'll need the name the order was placed under, your email address associated with the order and a couple pictures. If there is a design flaw or defect we want to know about it so we can eliminate it. If we need to inspect the hold to determine the cause of the defect we'll pay to ship it back. Our warranty never expires. Even if a climbing hold breaks 10 years from now, we'll replace it!

 

*Replacement Warranty does not apply to cosmetic seconds.
*Our climbing holds are designed for use on flat wall surfaces only.
Fastening to, or use on a contoured surface voids all warranties express or implied.

Return Policy

  • Used Holds:

    • There is no restocking fee for holds that have been used up to 30 days.

    • All returns of climbing holds that have been used more than 30 days will be charged a **50% return fee.

    • Sales of grips made with a custom color/colors are final and not returnable.

    • Unused Holds:

      • All Returns of unused climbing holds will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee.

      • All Returns of unused holds must be shipped to Three Ball Climbing no more than 30 days past the date received. All returns of unused holds shipped to Three Ball Climbing more than 30 days past the date received will be charged a 50% restocking fee

      • All Sales of Cosmetic 2nds are final. No returns or exchanges of Cosmetic 2nds will be accepted.



      Returned holds are subject to inspection. If any holds are damaged during return shipping, the original value of each hold will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
       

      • Hardware:

        • Returns of unused hardware will be charged 20% restocking fee.

        • We do not accept returns of used hardware.

        • Shipping Costs:

          • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

          • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

          • Actual shipping cost paid by Three Ball Climbing will be subtracted from the total refund amount for all orders originally qualifying for free shipping.

  • Make sure you get a full refund!

    • PACKING TIPS:

      • Place all hardware in a plastic bag.

      • If possible use the original packing material.

      • Make sure the grips will not bounce around or rub each other
        by surrounding each hold in paper.

      • Make sure that nothing will shift in the box once closed by shaking it.
        If holds or hardware are shaking around they could be damaged during shipping
        and should be re-packed.
