Ready to start feeling and moving younger?

I was overweight at age 27, and worked out minimum 12 hrs a week.

Now at age 47, staying lean is still the easiest thing in the world.

I don't count calories,

I don't do endless "cardio",

and I only work out twice a week on average.

(Life is crazy, sometimes it's only 3 workouts the entire month)

When I figured out what I was doing wrong, I dropped 20 pounds in 4 weeks and fixed my aching joints.  Before I changed my diet, my climbing workouts were making my elbows feel like they were going to explode.

Looking back I was not eating healthy foods, and being a struggling entrepreneur money was tight, so the question was, "whats high protein and cheap?"

I didn't realize I was looking at everything the wrong way!  I was asking the wrong question. "What does the healthier option cost?"  NO!  The question is "AM I WORTH THE HEALTHIER OPTION?"

I was losing climb time and dealing with unnecessary pain to save a couple bucks.  (And spending extra on Ibuprofen)

"How much does the gym membership cost?" NOOOO!

"How much is your health worth?"

If your $99 a month gym habit significantly reduces your chance of heart disease, etc, whats that worth?

I've never been interested so much in Living long.  I do Not want to simply exist day after day watching everyone else live and MOVE.

Maybe i'm wrong, but to me, Movement is Life

I don't want to live a long time, I want to PLAY a long time!

To me being able to keep running and hiking, and climbing, and seeing and thinking and learning and laughing is priceless.

I have spent countless hours happily paying the price to keep myself going strong well past 40, which was a couple of bucks on books and classes, and thousands of hours of study.  As a kid I skipped the video games and the t.v. and the little league etc.  I read at least 3 hours a day in addition to school studies to make sure I learned as much as I could.  I wanted to make sure I would not slowly waste away in a nursing home.  That's my nightmare, and it has been worth every nerdy moment so far.

This guide hands you the most important points I have found to keep me going strong and feeling young at age 47.  (I'm currently training to do a set of 10 one-arm-pull-ups.)

You will learn the exact levers that actually move the scale — the ones almost nobody talks about. Even better than that, the same changes that allow you to drop the unhealthy weight, will also improve your athletic performance and longevity!

It's all tied together.  For example, you've got about a 4x reduction in athletic performance for every 1% dehydration.  5% dehydration x 4 = 20% performance drop.... aaand if you're we'll hydrated you're less hungry... which makes it harder to over-eat.  We need water to flush out toxins right?  ...and to build muscle.   Struggling with asthma?  Getting hydrated will moisturize those delicate alveoli air-sacs and improve oxygen transfer.  You get more oxygen from each breath.   Bla Bla Bla... Snooze fest!!!  Do you see how fixing one thing can improve SOOO many others?

What happens if you fix 4 things just as powerful as this one at the same time?

No fluff, no bro-science, just what worked for me, what I teach my Kiddos, and what I now use with my clients.

Inside you’ll get:

• My simple system that turns your body into a fat-burning machine

• Why hunger is the first sign of dehydration, and how to hydrate for real.

•The exact foods I avoided and what I ate to drop the weight without feeling starved

• The training style that melts fat faster than cardio ever did

• How to kill cravings before they kill your progress

Stop guessing. Start burning fat and dropping inflammation the way that actually works.
